I only rate the online shop. We haven't been to the hotel yet. The ordering process is easy, delivery is prompt, the goods are excellent and I think the prices are reasonable. (Tip: the kilo of wild rabbit shoulder, is cheap, tastes great and is easily enough for four eaters) I'm very happy that this shop is available.

We ordered saddle of venison with side dishes for 3 people by phone and picked it up on Saturday. Everything was hygienically packed and pre-cooked. We only had to fry the meat briefly at home and then put it in the oven. It took a total of 10 minutes. The boss personally gave us advice on this. He had prepared the sauce for the meat. It was a very successful, gastronomic dinner. thanks

our favorite hunter ... here we stock up on delicious game meat in the shop ... be sure to try wild boar currywurst! .... we are longingly waiting for the end of the lockdown so that we can eat there again!

We visited the shop last week. Great products and a very large selection. Also highly recommended for one or the other gift.

Highly Recommended ! Good products paired with the warm hospitality of the Bitzen family make every stay a special experience. The online shop is particularly good in summer for grilled meat and in winter for cooked meals! Delicious and simply good!

After a lovely autumn hike, we went to the Jagdhaus Rech to eat in the evening. The restaurant is very tastefully furnished and decorated with attention to detail. The food, we had a four-course menu, was excellent and surprised with its combinations and finesse and of course with its great taste. The wine selection is also very extensive and there is definitely something for every taste. The service was very friendly and attentive and questions about food and wine were gladly answered. We had a very nice evening and would love to come back.

Very good cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere. We recommend. We felt very comfortable with the Bitzen family.

The atmosphere was quiet, cozy, but everything according to protocol. We sat outside and had the warm temperature that evening. Booked everything a week in advance (5 course menu) and the accompanying wine package was fine for only 30, -. An extra glass for me was no problem! Everything prepared well. Fresh and tender. Delicious flavors. A surprise!

Thank you very much for the lovely stay! The 3-course menu in the evening was fantastic, as usual. Everything is perfectly seasoned and nicely presented. The recommended wines went perfectly with it. We also slept wonderfully in anticipation of breakfast. Although the usual buffet is currently not possible, I find the current solution at least as good! A wish list is filled out the evening before, and there is a table with lots of delicious things, in the spirit of zero waste, poured into glasses! A great idea that should get around! We are already looking forward to the delicious sausage on our own breakfast table. We'll definitely be back this year!

Delicious and served with style. The selection on the menu is appealing but designed somewhat complicated. but otherwise highly recommended. We'll gladly come back.

I visited them last year and my family and I will not soon forget this day. We caught food poisoning from them that was with us for a long time. At first I thought we got this poisoning somewhere else. When my neighbor told me the same thing, who was also with them, a lot became clear to me.

Anyone looking for game or wine will find it here. But you can wait until you are served. And this is also more a matter of purpose than welcome. Not to be surpassed in the meat selection.

Really very good and tasty dishes. But not cheap. In the beginning the service was a bit cold, but improved during the evening. I would come back anytime. A reservation makes sense in my opinion.

Very good: the meat and vegetables - where to get such Tasty Kohlrabi? -, the wines, the hostess. I recommend Rehruecken as well as Bitzens wonderful starter: deer carpaccio! Food here is not cheap but better than most restaurants. Coffee was good and Fruehburgunder pomace gorgeous! 1 Idea for improvement: Rehruecken deserves a good, sharp knife like a Herder Buckels, Opinel or Laguiole. Luckily I had my Herder in the luggage. I hope to come back and finally enjoy the 5-course menu!

An experience, here everything fits. The ambiance, the service and the fantastic food. I do not know any better restaurant in the area.

Discovered by chance after a hike in the vineyards and went back with great enthusiasm. Very nicely decorated, super well-kept, super friendly and attentive staff. An upscale restaurant specializing in game dishes with a nice selection of wines (+ wine recommendation for every dish). There is a fine selection of home-baked bread with wild boar lard, a chutney and oil and a greeting from the kitchen (three kinds of sausage specialties from game) in advance. I had the dish with a heart, which was served with a great sauce, red cabbage, dumplings and an onion chutney. Above average! We would love to come back and the price-performance ratio (the prices are a bit high) is also good
